Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was also a teammate and captain of the Fierce Five in 2012 and the 2015 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. In 2012 her year, she received gold medals in team competitions and also the floor workouts. On the balance beam, she was awarded a bronze. In the end, she became the first American to compete at an Olympics who had the most number of medals. She took gold in the team competition during the 2016 Olympics, which was her as well as Gabby Douglas first Americans to be the first pair of gold medalists back-to-back. Additionally, she was awarded silver medals at the all-around event as well as floor workouts. After the second Olympics she stopped for three years gymnastics. Also, she was a part of gold-winning American teams in two World Championships. She began learning gymnastics when she was two and her favourite event is floor exercise. Aly is a supporter of the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organisation in honor of her grandmother who passed away from cancer. In the future, she hopes to build a career from fashion. Aly would like to increase the length of her leotards and socks. Fierce - a novel she is writing will come coming out in the year ahead.
